There are a number of fake programs that look very authentic and can cause harm to your computer.  These types of programs are disguised as the real thing and are sometimes very difficult to spot.  My father called and asked how to remove antivirus live from his computer because he did not know how it got there.  I talked him through it and helped him to get things back in order.  He feels bad because he doesn’t even know how it got there in the first place.  I told him not to worry about it and to try and be as careful as possible.
