Woks Are Best For Cooking Certain Asian Foods
Several months ago I went to a work potluck, and one of my coworkers made the most delicious Asian food that I had ever eaten. I asked her for the recipe, and it seemed simple enough. She told me that woks are the preferred method of cooking for these recipes, and that she would be happy to give me tips if I needed them. She came over one evening after work, and she showed me how to cook several different meals. My husband and kids were only too happy to taste everything, and they all gave it the seal of approval. Now even my husband will help with the cooking!
