Working in the personnel department of a large company, it can get hard finding new ways to thank our employees, especially when we have so many. When I started our company was fairly small, and we could do unique things for each employee, because we all knew each other. But as we’ve grown, we’ve had to resort to things like corporate prepaid gift cards. But we’ve found ways to make them personal, like adding messages to the cards. It’s a shame when businesses start getting too big to focus on the individual, but customized cards are a nice way to try keeping that small business feel.
